The sooner, the better! I typically book 6–10 months in advance. I’m currently accepting weddings through December 2025. If your date is after that, you can join the waitlist to be notified when my books open.

I offer four bridal hair packages:

• Bride Only – for solo brides, starting at $1,050

• Bronze – bride + 3 others, starting at $1,195

• Silver – bride + 4+ others, starting at $1,525

• Gold – bride + 3+ others, plus touch-ups, content creation, starting at $1,595

Yes—the Bride Only Package ($1,050) is the minimum required to book. This includes a trial, wedding day hair for the bride, and all the luxe details you deserve.

If you’d like to include others (bridesmaids, moms, guests), you’ll need to book one of my full packages: Bronze, Silver, or Gold.

The exception? Arizona weddings in June, July, and August may book as individual services and not in packages.

Totally okay! If you haven’t finalized your bridal party or guest list yet, just give your best estimate when you inquire. We’ll lock in your final service count 3 months before the wedding.

Just keep in mind: your total must still meet the package minimum, and add-on services are $165 per person. If things change, we can usually adjust as long as we stay within timing and staffing needs!

Here’s a breakdown of my individual service rates:

• Bride’s wedding day hair: $500

• Bridal trial: $200 for one style, $250 for two

• Bridesmaids / guests / moms: $165 per person

• Reception hair change or on-site touch-ups: $400+

• Hair extension rentals: $75–$150 + $100 refundable deposit

• Additional stylist (for 5+ services): $165 per stylist

Please note: These services are only available as part of one of my bridal packages (Bride Only, Bronze, Silver, or Gold). I do not offer individual services outside of a package, with the exception of Arizona weddings in June, July, or August.

Every package includes a few luxe touches to make your day smooth, relaxing, and memorable:

• A complimentary blowout to prep your hair for styling (just have it freshly washed when I arrive!)

• A personalized touch-up kit with essentials like hairspray, bobby pins, and a brush

• Veil styling and guidance for your bridal party on how to secure or remove it

• A custom timeline for your hair services so everything runs on time

• Ongoing communication with me (Harley!) in the months leading up to your day—you’ll always be in the loop

• Access to my hair extension rental service (so you can have all the volume and length you want without the long-term commitment)

Starting with a smooth blowout helps your style last longer and gives us a polished base to work with. It also ensures you look put-together for those candid getting-ready shots! This is honestly one of my favorite parts and it makes a HUGE difference in the end result.

Yes—a deposit is required to secure your wedding date and officially book your spot on my calendar.

• For Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages, the deposit is $250 (non-refundable) and covers half of the bride’s wedding day hair.

• For the Bride Only Package, the deposit is $350 (non-refundable) and is the first of three even payments.

Once the deposit is received and your contract is signed, your date is locked in!

Your remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding, and includes the rest of the bride’s service, bridal party hair, travel, assistants, and add-ons.

Bride Only payments are split into three payments of $350:

1. $350 deposit at booking

2. $300-$350 at the trial (1 or 2 hairstyles)

3. $350 one week before the wedding (plus any add-ons)

Trials are exclusively for reserved brides who have secured their wedding date with a contract and deposit, as I cannot hold your date until an appointment due to high inquiry demand.

Yes—a trial is required for all booked brides. It’s an essential part of the process that ensures your wedding day runs smoothly and stress-free. You’ll get to see your hairstyle in action ahead of time, so there are no surprises—and you can feel totally confident walking into your big day.

It also gives us time to connect and build a relationship before the wedding. I’ll get to know your hair, your style preferences, and make any adjustments needed—so everything is customized and perfected just for you.

I do preview appointments at my studio in Gilbert, AZ. Trials runs can only be scheduled Tuesday-Thursdays. Weekends are reserved for weddings.

Yes! One style is included for $200. Want to try two? That’s $250. I recommend this if you’re stuck between styles or want to compare an updo vs. down look.

Absolutely! I’ll bring extra help to make sure we stay on schedule.

• Groups with 5–8 hair services require a second stylist (+$165)

• Groups with 9+ services require a third stylist (+$165 more)

I always build the schedule with intentional timing so no one feels rushed. Here’s a general breakdown:

• 30 minutes for the bride’s complimentary blowout

• 1.5 hours for the bride’s styling

• 1 hour per person for everyone else (bridesmaids, moms, guests, etc.)

I truly value giving each person the time and attention they deserve—your wedding morning should feel relaxed, fun, and memorable, not like a race against the clock. Taking the extra time ensures everyone looks (and feels) amazing, and that we stay on schedule without the stress.

Travel is included for weddings within 30 miles of zip code 85233, for locations outside of this radius a $1 per mile fee will be added on. If you have a 2nd/3rd stylist booked, a travel fee will be added on for them.

If you want extra volume or length for your wedding hair without the commitment of purchasing, renting extensions is a great option! Here's how it works:

• Available to booked brides only

• Rentals range from $75–$150, depending on how much hair you need

• A $100 refundable deposit is required

• I’ll bring the extensions on your wedding day and install them as part of your style

• After the wedding, you’ll return them by mail using the prepaid packaging I provide

• Extensions must be received within 5 business days of your event

• Once received in good condition and on time, your deposit will be refunded
