Extension Rentals for Booked Brides & Clients

If you’re booked with me for hair services and would like to rent extensions, here’s how it works:

• I will bring the extensions with me on your wedding or appointment day. I’ll need to see photos of your hair in natural lighting ahead of time to ensure I bring the best match for you. I’ll have a few color options ready to go to ensure the best match and blend!

• Rental Fee: $75–$150 depending on how much hair you need for your desired style. Most clients rent 170 grams of hair which is $150.

• Security Deposit: A refundable $100 deposit is required. The deposit will be refunded once the extensions are returned on time and in good condition. If extensions are returned late, damaged, or with missing pieces, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Return: You’ll receive a pre-labeled mailer to return the extensions. You have 5 business days after your event to mail them back to me. You’ll cover the return postage (typically around $5), and you can drop the package off at USPS, UPS, or FedEx—your choice.

• Agreement: All renters must sign a rental agreement prior to your event.

Extension Rentals for Non-Booked Clients

If you’re not booked with me for hair services but would like to rent extensions, here’s how it works:

• Pick-Up & Color Match: Extensions will be picked up from my studio in Gilbert, AZ at an agreed-upon time between Tuesday–Thursday before your event. I’ll need to see photos of your hair in natural lighting ahead of time, and I will have a few options available for color matching to ensure the best match and blend during your pick-up appointment.

• Rental Fee: $75–$150 depending on how much hair you need for your desired style. Most people rent 170 grams of hair which is $150.

• Security Deposit: A refundable $100 deposit is required. The deposit will be refunded once the extensions are returned on time and in good condition. If extensions are returned late, damaged, or with missing pieces, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Return: You’ll have 5 business days after your event to mail the extensions back to me. I will provide a mailer, and you’ll cover the return postage (typically around $5). You can drop the package off at USPS, UPS, or FedEx—your choice.

When the party’s over, take out your hair and give it a good brush. Unclip the extensions and brush those too. Then, gather all the wefts and secure a hair tie underneath the clips (don’t worry—I’ll provide the hair ties!). Loosely braid the hair together and secure the end with another tie.

Pop the extensions into the return package you received (you’ll get a card with these instructions if you decide to rent—so no stress!). Be sure to drop them off at the post office the next business day to stay on track with the return window.

No need to wash the extensions—I’ll take care of all the cleaning!

All extensions are thoroughly shampooed, conditioned, and sanitized between uses. I take excellent care of them so they’re always in great shape for the next bride!

We can absolutely do this! Just let me know ahead of time so I can bring the right color for you. You’re welcome to try on extensions during your trial at no extra charge. However, the extensions can’t be taken home unless you decide to rent them.

If you choose not to rent, we can still install them during your trial and I’ll take plenty of photos so you can see the look. After that, I’ll remove them, and we can try recreating the style without extensions—depending on how much time we have left in the trial.

Either way, I promise you’ll leave with cute hair!
